Description

Left turn signal from OST traveling West turning onto Greenbriar does not cycle green. At all. It’s been like this for at least two days. Causes drivers and buses to run red light or try to move into other lanes.

Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Left Turn - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Never turns green. Waited for close to ten light cycles yesterday. Waited about 5 today. Even when no trains present (they take priority for signal) it never turns green.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
Q. What direction were you traveling?
A. West
