It was in place 2 weeks prior to being report and 2 additional weeks since first reporting this issue. Thanks to City Services for interceding. Comcast has not corrected it as of Nov 24. The cable is a continued hazard for children playing in the area. Should one be injured in a fall for tripping over the cable then Comcast will be the culprit.
