Deskripsyon

The traffic light is timed during parts of the day to give a full minute or more to Lansing Rd traffic, while only a few seconds to Waverly traffic. There are always long backups and waits on Waverly, while there is hardly any traffic on Lansing Road. The timing needs to be reversed, especially around commute times; Lansing road should have shorter lights, and Waverly longer.
