Description

The occupants of 3917 Telstar Cir SW have three dogs that bark constantly. One dog hangs half its body out the window and barks at us in our backyard. The other dog barks behind a closed window but it can see us in our yard. There is a third smaller dog that we can’t see but we can hear. These dogs bark all day and night for no reason. The owners don’t stop them from barking. We’ve never seen the owners of the dogs. These dogs are a nuisance to the surrounding houses, especially at night when people are trying to sleep.
