there are 3 old tires that were thrown out on the side of my street. These were reported several months ago by my neighbor. They are still there. My neighbor and I pick up trash every morning along our street, but we can't pick up these old tires. You may not can stop trashy people from cutting down my street to miss the traffic light, but you can pick these old tires up.
