The contractor working at this address placed this trash and debris at the curb a week ago with no indication as to when it will be removed. this property is owned by the land bank and the renovation began 4 years ago! this house should an embarrassment to the Land Bank. the only time they act on blight and maintenance issues is when I and my neighbors complain.
