Description
Hi,
I am the owner of a school at 1847 1st Ave N which is adjacent to city owned property. There is a bunch of trash on this property where it appears some homeless were living on city property by the parking lot under the overpass next to a multifamily property. Please have this removed for the safety of the children. If possible I would appreciate the vegetation being removed as well to prevent this from happening in the future.
Regards,
Tim Butler

It looks like a case was opened up against the owner of the multi family home.
The issue is actually on city property. I have a survey if you would like to see it.
