Yes, he does this all the time. This is a dangerous practice. He’s putting the public and older people like myself with disabilities in danger. We need a clear side walk to get around. He and he’s customers park on the side walk all the time and they don’t get a ticket for this violation, I don’t understand Why isn’t the police doing their job

This owner is committing all kinds of violations including putting the public health at risk for COVID spread. He stays open late at night. The gathering starts on Friday Saturdays until Sundays. There’s more than 100 people gather at his location in the basement. I have complained several times and nothing is being done. I wrote to Governor Phil Murphys in reference to this dangerous practice maybe he could do something to resolve this problem and all the other issues Reported on this page.

I forgot to mention that Everyone is gathered and not practicing social distances and no use of mask

cops don't bother with people parked on sidewalks but the are obsessed with giving tickets out to cars parked 50 ft from stop sighs. ridiculous.

I took a photo of the police just driving by while this person is breaking the law. If I get hurt due to this person parking in the sidewalk I will be suing the city for negligence

Dear Lisa, like I said in my statement the police does nothing to stop this person from committing this violation. The police see the car parked in the side walk and they just keep driving without stopping to give this person a ticket for violating the parking laws. So I don’t see a reason why I should call the NPD. Maybe you should do your job and speak to a higher Authority in reference to this issue so that we could resolve it ASAP. Thank you

We have in the last few weeks sent the COVID -19 unit to this location regarding being in violation of City Covid Orders but no one was present. Based on the group of people responding this seems like a helpful and knowledgeable thread.

Can someone please give me an exact time frame that you notice this large group of people starting to arrive during the weekends?

In addition, I will contact the local police precinct Captain to address the parking on the sidewalk issue with this business.

The gatherings are taking place on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. we have seen more than 100 people leaving the location around 2AM in the morning and Without the proper use of mask . The customers are exiting through the back door of the location. The gathering are taking place in the basement.
