Description
House next door located at 1071 Dennis St is running a full time garage in his yard and on the street. Passing cars sometimes can't pass due to his blocking the street! Car parts all over. Oil spills all over the street. Car fumes sometimes can be smelt in house. Loud music all day & night playing in yard. Afraid to complain to neighbor.
