Some people call it autism, others call it disturbed. It would be nice if we lived in a perfect world but nowadays we are supposed to show empathy to those challenged mentally, even if it causes devalued home values. I remember when a home was an investment, now its a liability and the right of the one, has precedence over the many. I wonder how this will turn out. Id hate to see the inside if the outside is in that condition.
