Hi Mr Oddo

DSNY logged on NYCPlow that our street was plowed in the last 1-3 hours We were outside shoveling for the last 3 hours and there wasn't a plow seen

Somehow - they figured out how to by pass the trucks gsp which typically logs where they go

Pls help us on lighthouse hill This happens too often to us and we are tired of being lied to
