Sharraxaadda

The mailman can't get to the mailboxes because the sides of Dix Circle were not plowed, only the middle of the street was plowed. We did not get a mail delivery. ALSO THE STORM DRAIN BY 5 DIX CIRCLE IS BLOCKED BY MOUNDS OF SNOW. I have 2 frozen shoulders and can't do anything about these issues.
