Why is Chambers street blocked off with no prior street closing warnings posted ahead of this detour, causing many problems and confusion . Is this the answer for dealing with children who do not know how to cross @ the corner instead move the world for them , dont follow the rules thats a good lesson to teach them and what ever happend to the supposed dress code that no one follows, what ever happend to rules and direction this should be a lession taught not just close your eyes
