Opis

The storm drain fills up quickly with water during a storm. Then the stream of water simply rushes over the top. This also ruins the stairs leading down into the Thelian Bird Sanctuary. I also went down into the bird sanctuary to find the end of the storm drain where the water comes out and found nothing obvious. I believe the storm drain is clogged somewhere.
