On both sides of Roscoe RD/Bridge Street between the River and Chicory Ridge has very deep ruts and holes next to the road. If you get off the road into the rut it will cause you to lose control of the vehicle. Several bad accidents have been a result of the severe ruts and they need fixed before a fatal accident occurs.
