Descrição

Driving south on Baraud-Waverly from Wilmot Road to Stratton hazardous with potholes/general erosion. Dangerous to passengers-worshippers walking on roadway. It is essentially impassable.

The worst holes are filled but the surrounding roadway remains pitted and littered with rubble and pebbles. I would rather not ride on the surface and will do almost anything to avoid the route.

The obstructions complained of have been ameliorated. Others have cropped up, but are more to the shoulder-sides of the road. The entire route needs a repaving which I am afraid the City of New Rochelle simply does not have the funds for.
