Code Officer B Maher addressed this issue & noted the following:
"I spoke with the homeowner/dog owner and educated him of the dog at large ordinance and he admitted to occasionally free walking the dog but advised him and his daughters will cease the free walking and walk the dog on a leash from now on. As far as the dog dropping waste on others properties he was very adamant about that advising that he always picks up his dogs droppings and even picks up other dogs droppings in the surrounding area in an effort to keep the neighborhood cleaner.".
Please contact Code Officer Maher at either brmaher@ppines.com or (954)431-4466 should you wish to discuss this issue further.
