Description

On the surface it appeared just to be an overly loud panhandler at the entrance to Walmart but to me he was was acting as a distraction. What I found suspicious and disconcerting was the other 2 guys. 1 on the bike out in the middle parking lot and the guy with the pack packs behind the far planter near the garden shop. They appeared to be intently surveilling shoppers entering & exiting their cars.
