this is a very dangerous corner to try to cross on foot. the traffic on Grand Ave. is way too heavy and fast to not have a crossing signal here at this corner.. someone is gonna get hurt or worse .. please look into this and let us know

This intersection is under the jurisdiction of the Michigan Department of Transportation. I will pass the request along to MDOT, however, one of the requirements for a pedestrian signal is 100 pedestrians per hour for four hours. In addition, there is an overhead crossing at this location and the signal at Michigan Avenue is approximately 300' away, which would factor into the analysis.
