Description
People keep tagging the trains that are left by the bike path (near Oakledge/Water treatment center) overnight. That place lacks complete surveillance and it’s easy for someone to go there and do it when it’s dark out.

Thank you for the report of the graffiti. If this is your property, please be sure to make a report to the police that you were the victim of graffiti.
We have a few methods for cleaning or covering graffiti and none of them are effective in freezing temperatures.
• The power washer uses water which freezes and creates icing hazards for pedestrians.
• The paint products have an optimal range between 50 degrees and 90 degrees.
• The graffiti remover is ineffective below 40 degrees.
We have this issue on a follow-up list for cleaning or covering - weather permitting.
