There is maintenance of the guard-rail required on this curve!

The guard-rail end-cap appears to have been dislodged by a plow at the south-end of the curve during this last winter. In the event of a vehicle losing control and crossing the centerline when travelling down-hill the protective there is an increased chance of "spearing" the vehicle with the end of the horizontal guard-rail sheet metal. This is because the end-piece now no-longer covers the full end of the horizontal guard-rail sheet metal.

This issue has still not been fixed. Additionally: Along the same curve a recently installed sign (School bus stop ahead) has fallen over in the wind and a second sign (a small reflector on a 4' post) was pulled out when the plows last passed znd is now on the ground under the guardrail.

This forum is useless. I contacted Morris County directly last week Wednesday and the issue was fixed by Friday. Does anybody other than me even look at it?
