Description

This house is a menace to the block. I believe Dames clears Jersey Ave to the corner, but this house lies on the corner with it's driveway and entrance on 3rd St. From their driveway all the way to the corner of Jersey Ave, is ALWAYS a sheet of ice and snow. They do absolutely nothing.
