They leave their two dogs out for very long periods of time throughout the day. The dogs then bark if anyone uses the bike path they're directly on, then for a while after that, and sometimes at random. I live nearby and its really stressing me and my dog out to have constant random barking. It wasn't as bad when they weren't leaving them outside for nearly as long, but now it's a near constant throughout the day that they'll bark. I woke up to barking this morning, and it's going to be a near constant at random times throughout the day - I'll know exactly how many people use the bike path (unless they're barking at nothing again). It's just very stressful and recently got much worse.
