  Hello,
  I wanted to update you on this request. Our Special Emphasis crew were able to clear the litter outside of the wetland. Our Vegetation Supervisor will be contracting out the cleanup within the wetland. However, they do not have date at this time as they are working through completing some other contracts.   Thank you for reaching out regarding this request. I have passed on the new garbage that has been left on the street to our Special Emphasis crew who will remove what is within the street and sidewalk area. Our Vegetation Department is working on finding and reaching out to additional contractors who specialize in clean ups. Your patience with our Crews while they work towards the completion of this clean up is greatly appreciated. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

  It is May 11th and the garbage has only increased. There is broken, glass boards with nails, drug paraphernalia not only littering the site but right in the middle of the path where children and citizens need to go if they want to access to the local park.

  City staff continues to maintain the ROW. The city has a bid to cleanup the wetland area, however, are out of money in the contract to approve the work. Awaiting more money prior to cleanup.
