As the person who submitted the issue (and the president of the HOA) may I ask who was contacted. EYA no longer has an interest.

How did the city address this issue? The HOA paid a contractor to cover up the grafitti. Also, I had previously asked who the city contacted at EYA which no longer has an interest in the community. They were one of the developers.
