The signal technician found the monitor tripped and the signal in flash mode. The flasher, a backup device, had failed, leaving the strange signal display. Flasher was replaced, monitor reset, and normal operation resumed. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request. Thanks for helping to keep Burlington a great place to live and work.
