This has been like this for 3 plus weeks. Now the residents are using the pile as a dump. I fear this will again attract the rats back to the neighborhood. I have also emailed Mr. Atchley and Mr. Scott

Be advised that the Sanitation Department cannot pick up blocked debris like it is in the picture.
