I was informed by bernalillo County that it is City o Albuquerque facility.

The response received was incorrect, there must have been so miscommunication. I called Bernalillo County and was told the bridge is a City of Albuquerque responsibility. The County will follow up. The woman I spoke with at the county was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

The case has been reopened for Medians and Trails to research further. Thank you.

Nothing have changed. Most of the glass is gone probably by the wind. Light fixtures are still broken, batteries and electrical wires exposed.
