Description

The wash crossing at Tall Cotton Dr has built up with silt, and a big lake occurs on tall cotton dr when it rains, because the water won't drain into the wash. This has been occurring for the last 10 years. It's causing mud buildup on the road and accelerated deterioration of the asphalt. Irritating to have to drive through the lake after rains when there's no water in the wash.
