The gutters along the grade on calistoga road are blocked in multiple locations. This causes dangerous conditions for driving as the water flows across the road surface. In addition, the water carries rocks and gravel onto the surface which increase the wear and tear on the road. On very cold mornings it can even freeze into ice. Considering that the county has spent lots of money repaving this road, you would think they could spend a bit more to preserve the investment.
