A. I'd like to register a formal complaint about the PAYT blue bags. The information at the bottom of the bag reads "EV-0037 Natick 15 Gal 9/3/03". The white pull tie is completely attached to the bag all the way around therefore rendering it useless. I have examined several bags on the roll and found them to have the same issue.
