Description

The drainage ditch on Reagan Ave between 396-416 Reagan Ave constantly floods and where the drain is located the ditch is virtually nonexistent causing water to backup into yards, backyard, under house and driveway. Please, please do some thing. The ditch just needs to be graded to the drain. 396 Reagan Ave is where I believe the drain is. It floods even when it is not a monsoon.
