All of 3rd street is a nightmare. As you will see during the parade Saturday, it is the worst road in Wilmington. We want people to visit downtown but it is a terrible place to drive. As a past band director, I would be nervous that someone will get hurt while marching in the parade with the pot holes and road condition the way it is.
