We are logging a complaint regarding excessive noise from Kennedy Road Amazon construction site, which was abruptly closed without sufficient inquiry. We posted the by-law for town of Windsor which are:

Sec. 9-33
Prohibited noise activities.
[Ord. No. 82-4, 6-21-1982]
The following activities are prohibited:
(1)
Vehicle horns. No person shall at any time sound any horn or other audible signal device of a motor vehicle, unless it is necessary as a warning to prevent or avoid a traffic accident.

All we asked is for it to stop or we will continue to complain day and night until it does.

Furthermore, Mr. Russo lied to us claiming excessive commercial horn use is allow for construction when it is not. The town of Windsor, Mr. Russo and Town Mayor Trinks are negligent in allowing Amazon construction carts blanche and not defending its citizens. We know you sold your soul to the devil on this one and don’t intent put up with the continued harassment. The CT department of DEEP will be notified as well.
