This is a horrible corner a block from my house. Lost count of how many near misses i have had with Somalis who do not even attempt to stop at the stop sign. And every single time I can see they are on a cell phone. I'm not about to just let them hit me and get a new car just because of their ignorance or stupidity. But i am really tired of it.
And someone needs to introduce the concept of brushing the snow off ALL the Windows.
