To the anonymous/malicious busybody roaming this neighborhood, rather than report frivolous information, why not engage your neighbors in casual conversation. You'll quickly realize that home improvements, repairs, and updates are happening all around you, and that's a good thing. You'll also find out that your neighbors are great people. I sincerely hope you find a better hobby than reporting on your neighbors, perhaps something that benefits us all, like MINDING YOUR OUR BUSINESS!

As far as anyone can see, this community’s values continue to rise. This is because we have a great community and even better understanding amongst ourselves, not because of individuals like you. Condo commandos, like yourself, are the scourge of the earth. You don’t like what’s happening...so you complain. You disagree with your neighbors...you complain. Ever resistant to change... YOU COMPLAIN. What are you gonna complain about next, the sun? Progress will happen with or without you.
BTW...You need to find a better outlet for your negativity. I recommend knitting :)
