Thank you for reporting this issue. Code Enforcement violations can take several weeks/months to resolve. If a property is found in violation the City will issue a notice of violation. If the property owner fails to comply, a civil infraction ticket will then be issued and a pre-trial date will be scheduled. The issue still persists here, it's been three months and no results.

I have smelled it several mornings this week from the other side of Route 2. This morning it was fairly light, but the other day it was horribly strong.

This ticket has been closed for housekeeping management since the ticket is dated. If the issue/defect still exist, please open a new ticket so we can further investigate the issue and make the necessary repairs as needed. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
