By the condition of the sidewalks downtown, they were not cleared after the Sat. storm. The snow is packed solid and iced over making it treacherous to walk.
Some businesses have done a good job of clearing snow. Others seem like they are waiting for mother nature to clean them up. At lease spread sand so walkers can get some traction.
