It is the idiots from Norwood and Folcroft who are comming down the hill into Glenolden. They dont know how to stay to the right of the road.

I am one of the idiots from Norwood who in the past HAD tried to stay to the right of the road, only to have vehicles from behind me coming up alongside of me on the left, almost causing a collision as I crossed Chester Pike. Maybe a yellow line in addition to a sign WOULD be helpful.
