The "NO THRU TRAFFIC" sign on Proctor Ave is missing. Section 25 of the South Burlington Traffic Ordinance specifies:
"that NO THROUGH TRAFFIC signs be placed on Farrell Street off Swift Street; Hadley
Road of Shelburne Street; Proctor Avenue off Shelburne Street."

The sign can be seen in a damaged state in this Google street view from a couple years ago, but the sign has since disappeared.
