Still an open issue. BWL came out and removed only a few branches that touched their lines but left all the other trunks and branches hanging in the lines because it was not their lines.

Still an open issue and now tree trunk is fully resting on power lines.
I have now called ATT, they recommended that the supervisor come out. Have not seen nor heard from ATT in weeks. Next step?????
As of May 4, no action from anyone.

This has already been trimmed for BWL lines (several months ago). What remains is in phone & cable.

The issue remains open because it has gotten worse since BWL came out. Now the tree is fully leaning on utility lines. After BWL, I contacted AT&T.... their tech came out and said something should be done and said that he was having his supervisor come out to review the problem. I have not seen or heard from anyone. I will have to try calling again, however, the issue remains open and it looks like a dangerous situation to me. Will post more photos later on.

We will have to see if this goes unresolved for over a year!

Going into another winter season. Trees still leaning on the utility lines.

Almost one year later, no change.
One more freezing rain episode and those lines should come down.

Almost the one year anniversary, trees are still hanging on the lines.

Well it has been over one year now. The trees continue to hang on the line.
