Good afternoon all,

While I did attempt to go through the see click fix app, for some reason I did not get the correct prompts to "reports", therefore I am sending my report/complaint of an issue via email in hopes that something will be done as this is my second submission.

Please see the attached document with the explanation of the issue and complaint.

I visited and submitted this complaint with Bob Ruzzo of the Building Department more than a year ago. I visited the Building Department again yesterday to inquire about the status of my initial complaint. I was informed by Lindsey Plunge that a certified letter was sent in May of 2019; however the letter was returned.

Please confirm on what steps will be taken to ensure that the owners of this property will be notified of their responsibility to address the issue and please share with me the timeline for this process.
