Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This once lovely and enjoyable Park has been allowed to go to crap, over the past year. It is not being maintained and there appears to be crime going on. People who try to enjoy the park are being harassed. There is debris littering the park and dead fish. The exercise equipment cannot be used. I thought everything was now open?? Why is this happening??? When will this be cleaned up?? When will the building reopen?? Can this be patrolled?
