Just this week the occupant of the house has taken a door and several large sheets of flooring and propped them in the yard, against the house to block view of the basement windows (presumably because the basement lights are on 24/7). Besides the implications of possible illicit activity in the basement, the large pieces of trash make the neighborhood look run down.
