The park and playground on Rushmore Avenue have "No Dods Allowed" signs posted. However, these are consistently ignored, and dog owners allow their dogs to relieve themselves on the playground and in the area where children's sports teams practice. If dogowners can't police themselves, the village should enforce the rules.
