Just an observation I noticed while driving by has nothing to due with who lives there.

Ordinance calls for snow and ice be removed by the occupant within a radius of three feet from the center of hydrant. What does "access from road" mean?

The outlet of the hydrant faces the street and the fire dept can't access connection

It is and has been cleaned 3 foot around, just not all the way to the street.

Taken they connect from the street shouldn't they have access to it??? Just a little common sense
