Since February 20, 2021 there has been a large occupied fifth wheel trailer (temporary CA license plate BJ42G33) PARKED OVER DIRT/WEEDS in the side/back yard of 2201 Chickie Street. Some of the occupants from the house (property owners adult daughter, her man and their toddler, who had been residing in the house for years) moved into the trailer and have been residing in it.
Trailer has a 2-3 inch plastic sewer drain line going into the house crawlspace and its power cable is connected to a power box that they installed near the corner of the house. A water hose is connected to trailer. It is also unlikely that power box or sewer drain line draining somewhere under the house were installed with a permit.
I see them going in and out. Hear people banging around in it all of the time. It's pop outs have continually been fully extended & its doorway porch light on at night. Their obvious intent is to permanently occupy the trailer. As apparently they do not have their own vehicle set up to tow it. It was delivered by a non-occupant guy in a truck the morning of 2/20/21 and later that afternoon someone from Ace-Sierra Tow (925-680-5501) moved the trailer near the side and rear fences (2 feet from rear fence). So that they could get the trailer door open and its stairway down to reside in it. It has not been moved offsite since then.
