I went out to this address to check on your complaint. Unfortunately I was unable to get a good view of the fence. The ordinance requires that I be able to see the violation from either the public right of way (street) or from an abutting property with the permission of the property owner. If you are an abutting property owner perhaps you could give me permission. Alternately if you wish to remain anonymous then you could take pictures of the fence and send them to me.
