No one has been out to check on the flag attached to the hydrant near my house. It either lays in the street or on the sidewalk.

There has still been no activity to check on the flag on the hydrant the flag was run over and is now broken and will need to be re placed.

The flag is still not properly attached to the hydrant. Because of that, it fell over into the street and was run over. The flag is now broken off of the flag pole.
