Portland and Preble. 207 Restuarant and Bar. How is this place continueing to remain open? How are they able to keep a license or a serving license? This place is a nuisence business. There have been gun shots from the location. Endless parking issues where as they exhuast any available parking in the area where as local residents are left with no place to park. There has been debris and piles of trash left unattended to around the grounds and over flowing piles of trash around trash bins. There have been many noise issues. The list goes on. Shut this place down!
